In IMEC's most recent out-of-ground construction project for a high-end office building in Fort Devens, MA, we conceived a pristine, state-of-the-art, and highly efficient approach to climate control which entirely eliminated VAV boxes. The system uses multi-zone controls that allow each zone to be broken into smaller segments for individualized comfort settings for office staff.
